Sunniva Itland is a licensed clinical psychologist, expert in Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), and the founder of a leading MCT clinic. 

With years of experience helping individuals break free from anxiety, Sunniva has personally overcome anxiety herself—giving her both professional expertise and personal insight into what truly works.

Her passion for Metacognitive Therapy began when she discovered its effectiveness firsthand. 

After struggling with anxiety despite years of traditional approaches, she found that MCT provided the breakthrough she needed. Now, she is committed to helping others achieve the same freedom through research-backed strategies that work.

The approach is simple: You don’t have to battle your thoughts—you just need to change how you relate to them.

She’s helped hundreds of people through her private practice and now wants to put these powerful tools into the hands of more people - so they, too, can break free from anxiety and overthinking.

Erik Palm

Erik Palm is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive and metacognitive therapy. With extensive experience in adult psychiatry and primary care services, he has worked with a wide range of mental health concerns, from stress and anxiety to complex psychiatric conditions. 

He has also served as an intake coordinator for one of Sweden’s largest psychiatric clinics and has experience teaching, advising, and leading cognitive and psychoeducational groups.

He provides therapy in English, Swedish, Norwegian, and German, offering support for anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, sleep problems, workplace stress, and leadership coaching. 

With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by minority groups, he tailors his approach to meet diverse needs, ensuring therapy is meaningful, effective, and accessible.

Erik holds a master’s degree in psychology from Lund University and is licensed in Sweden and Norway. He has advanced training in cognitive and metacognitive therapy (MCTI® Masterclass Level 1) and a proven track record in helping individuals build emotional resilience and well-being.
